Terms and Conditions for DDC Hong Kong Handyman Service

1. Agreement: By engaging the services of DDC Hong Kong Handyman, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services: DDC Hong Kong Handyman provides general handyman services, including but not limited to repairs, installations, and maintenance. The scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.

3. Service Charges: Charges for services rendered by DDC Hong Kong Handyman will be based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional services not included in the initial agreement may incur extra charges, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Scheduling: Appointment scheduling will be arranged in advance between the client and DDC Hong Kong Handyman. The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. In the event of any schedule changes, both parties will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

5. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. DDC Hong Kong Handyman accepts various payment methods, as agreed upon by both parties. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

6. Cancellation Policy: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty: DDC Hong Kong Handyman provides a limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period, as agreed upon for each project. This warranty covers defects arising from the handyman’s work and does not cover damages caused by misuse or external factors.

8. Liability: DDC Hong Kong Handyman shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the client’s misuse of repaired or installed items. The client is responsible for ensuring that the premises are safe for work to be carried out.

9. Insurance: DDC Hong Kong Handyman carries insurance for liability and workers’ compensation. However, the client is advised to have their own insurance coverage for any potential damages to property during the service.

10. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice. DDC Hong Kong Handyman reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.

By engaging DDC Hong Kong Handyman services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
